What do we mean by "rethinking the digital divide"? Here we summarise the conference's 7 main dimensions. Proposals for inclusion (as research papers, short papers, workshops, symposia, demonstrations, or posters) should address up to three of the following conference
dimensions:
- global or local;
- institutional or
individual;
- pedagogy or technology;
- access or exclusion;
- open or
proprietary;
- private or public;
- for the learner or by the learner;
- or
other aspects of the digital divide.
